Vellron Fiber Management: the whole ISP on one system.
From the fiber on the map to the invoice of every subscriber. Sales, network, field and billing work on the same records, so a new customer goes from signed contract to online without retyping anything.
Take the whole suite, or only the plugins you need.
Fiber Manager (Lightmap)
The fiber network documented on the map, from the OLT to the customer port.
Draw the network once and the system keeps it right: every cable, splitter and port carries its losses, so the signal expected at each customer port is known before the technician leaves. Sales sees which ports are free, the field team sees exactly where to connect.
- POPs, OLTs, cables, CTO boxes, splitters and ports on the map
- Optical power budget calculated to every port
- Splice and port details per box
- New subscriber straight from a free CTO port
Network and provisioning (Core)
The OLTs and network devices, driven by the system.
With the ONU plugged in, the office opens the CTO port, sees the new ONU the OLT found on that PON and provisions it with one click. The system types the OLT commands, sets the customer's service VLAN, reads the signal and stores it with the subscriber; the login reaches RADIUS by itself.
- Find the new ONU on the right PON and provision it in one click
- Signal reading stored with the subscriber
- Works with the major OLT command styles
- PPPoE and IPoE logins pushed to RADIUS automatically
Subscribers and contracts
Every customer, contract, plan, login and piece of equipment in one place.
Customer, contract, plan, login, port and equipment are linked: open any of them and the rest is one click away. The plan defines the speed and whether the customer connects by PPPoE or IPoE, and each IPoE customer gets its own service VLAN automatically.
- Contracts numbered by the ERP
- Plans with speed, access type and service VLAN
- ONU and router stock, from purchase to the customer home
- Suspension and reactivation by rule
Sales
From lead to signed contract, with the commission of every rep.
Reps work their leads through a funnel, quote business customers and collect the signature on the phone. The signed contract becomes the subscriber, and the rep's commission follows the activation and the months the customer actually pays.
- Leads, sales funnel and contracts by rep
- Business quotes for companies
- Contract e-signature on the phone
- Commissions earned per activation and per month
Billing and collections
Recurring billing that never forgets an add-on or a discount.
Every cycle the system invoices each active contract with its add-ons, discounts and the one time extras approved in the field, prorating a first partial month. Late payers receive messages by stage, and plan economics show which plans and discounts really make money.
- Monthly invoices with add-ons, discounts and one time extras
- Proration of the first month
- Collection messages by stage
- Plan economics: margin per plan and per discount
Field operations
Installations and repairs from the technician's phone.
Service orders go to teams with their routes. On site the technician clocks in, checks in at the address, takes photos, follows the checklist and collects the customer's signature. Extras found on site are priced from the catalog and approved inside the technician's limit; the hours feed timesheets and payroll.
- Service orders, routes, dispatch and teams
- Time clock, check-in, photos, checklist and customer signature
- On-site extras approved by limit
- Timesheets and payroll export
Supplier portal
Your vendors work in their own portal, connected to purchasing.
Purchasing turns network and stock needs into requests for quotation. Vendors log in, answer with prices and delivery dates and follow their purchase orders. When an order is received, the ONU serials go straight into stock, ready for the next installation.
- Requests for quotation sent to every vendor of the item
- Quotes with price and delivery date, compared line by line
- Purchase orders and expected dates
- Equipment serials into stock on receipt
My Vellron (subscriber center)
The customer's own portal on the web and the phone.
Subscribers follow their installation, see their equipment and invoices, talk to support by chat and answer satisfaction surveys. Every message reaches the same team and history the staff use.
- Equipment, installation status and invoices
- Chat with support
- Satisfaction surveys (NPS)
- Works on any phone, no app to install
Reports and compliance
Management numbers and the reports regulators ask for.
The broadband coverage and subscription files in the FCC data format come from the network map and the active logins, frozen per filing date. KPIs per area and the cost of every build project are always current, and every report exports to PDF and Excel.
- Broadband coverage and subscription files in the FCC data format
- KPIs per area: field, sales, support, finance
- Build projects with their cost
- Every report exports to PDF and Excel
Academy training lab
A virtual fiber network to train your team without touching a real customer.
A virtual copy of a fiber network with an OLT, ONUs, customer routers and a real BNG. The team practices turning up customers with real commands and real PPPoE and IPoE sessions, on the same screens they use every day.
- Simulated OLT, ONU and customer router
- Real BNG with PPPoE and IPoE sessions
- The same screens the team uses every day
- Training videos and quizzes per role
Your network has something different? We build it.
Another OLT model, a local regulator report, a billing rule of your own: we develop it on the same core and it works with every plugin above.
