Who we are

Vellron builds and runs ERP systems and portals for companies. This policy covers www.vellron.com, the Vellron Academy and Discovery sites, the Vellron assistant on this site and the internal tools Vellron uses to publish its own content. Questions: info@vellron.com.

What we collect

• Messages you send us: when you email or call us, we keep your message and contact details to answer you and to prepare a proposal.
• Discovery questionnaire: the answers your company gives about how it works, used only to plan and quote your project.
• Assistant (chat and voice): what you type or say to the assistant on this site is processed by our voice and chat provider to answer you and may be kept as a transcript so we can follow up on your request.
• Server logs: our servers record technical data of each request (IP address, date, page, browser) for security and troubleshooting. Logs are kept for a limited time.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use advertising trackers on this site.

Google and YouTube API data

Vellron uses an internal tool, Vellron Publisher, that connects to the YouTube Data API only to manage Vellron's own YouTube channel: upload our videos, set their titles, descriptions and thumbnails, and organize our playlists. It does not access, collect or store data of other users or channels. The only data kept is the list of our own video and playlist ids, stored on Vellron's systems. Access can be revoked at any time at Google account permissions. Vellron Publisher uses YouTube API Services: see the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Client systems

Data that a client company keeps in the ERP and portals Vellron runs for it belongs to that company and is governed by its contract with Vellron. Vellron uses it only to run, support and secure that company's system.

Sharing

We share information only with the providers that run our services (hosting, email, telephony and the site assistant), only as needed for them to do so, or when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to info@vellron.com. Text messages from Vellron always accept STOP to opt out.

Changes

We update this page when our practices change; the date at the top shows the latest version.
